He was born on 10 July 1964 in Surkhandarya Region. In 1991, he graduated from the Bukhara Institute of Food and Light Industry Technology, and in 1996, from the Tashkent Institute of Finance. His specialties are Engineering Technologist and Economist.

He began his professional career in 1981 as a worker at the Kh. Olimjon Collective Farm in Jarkurgan District, Surkhandarya Region. Over different periods, he worked as a teacher at the Secondary Vocational and Technical School of Jarkurgan District, Head of a Department at the State Tax Administration of Surkhandarya Region, Auditor at the Republican “Asia” Auditing Company, Deputy Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Surkhandarya Region, Lecturer at Tashkent University of Economics, and Head of the Control and Audit Department at the Tashkent Regional Office of the Muslim Board of Uzbekistan.

Since 2022, he has been working as a lecturer at the Department of Tourism of Chirchik State Pedagogical University.

During his professional career, T. I. Irgashev has published more than ten scientific articles and conference papers. These include one monograph, five articles in national (republic-level) peer-reviewed scientific journals, two articles in international scientific journals, as well as papers published in the proceedings of international and national scientific conferences.
