SCIENTIFIC-COMPARATIVE RESEARCH AND METHODOLOGY IN TURKIC LANGUAGES
INFORMATION LETTER
In accordance with Order No. 11 of the Minister of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated January 16, 2026 (No. 287), and based on the plan of international scientific events, the Department of Uzbek Linguistics of the Faculty of Humanities of Chirchiq State Pedagogical University, in cooperation with Khoja Ahmed Yasawi International Kazakh-Turkish University of the Republic of Kazakhstan,
plans to hold an international scientific and practical conference on the topic:
“SCIENTIFIC-COMPARATIVE RESEARCH AND METHODOLOGY IN TURKIC LANGUAGES”
MAIN GOAL AND OBJECTIVES OF THE CONFERENCE
The main goal of the conference is to identify common linguistic characteristics and national-cultural peculiarities of languages belonging to the Turkic language family through comparative analysis, conduct research based on modern linguistic methodologies, and determine ways to enhance the prestige of Turkic languages.
The main objective of the conference is to develop the theoretical foundations of Turkology, develop practical mechanisms that contribute to increasing the prestige of Turkic languages in the global information space through modern linguistics and digital technologies, discuss new research results of leading scholars, philologists and young researchers conducting scientific studies on the languages of Turkic peoples, as well as strengthen cooperation between local and international scientific centers and create joint scientific projects and digital resources.
In this regard, we invite all professors and teachers, doctoral students, independent researchers, as well as master's and bachelor's students working in the higher education system to actively participate in this conference!
CONFERENCE SECTIONS
Language and literature of Turkic peoples: problems of research, analysis and interpretation;
Current issues of modern linguistics;
Methodology of language and literature education and integrative approaches.
Comparative literary studies, contrastive linguistics and translation studies.
Official languages of the conference: Uzbek, English, Russian and all Turkic languages.
ARTICLE PREPARATION REQUIREMENTS
AUTHOR INFORMATION
One line below the article title, on the right side, the author's surname, first name and patronymic should be indicated in bold. In the following lines, it is recommended to indicate the author's academic degree, academic title, name of the organization and e-mail address in italics.
REFERENCES AND CITATION STYLE
After a quotation, the reference number of the source in the bibliography and the page number of the source should be indicated in square brackets.
The list of references used should be provided at the end of the text in the order specified in the sample.
The authors are responsible for the correctness and accuracy of the facts presented in the article. Authors of articles that receive a positive conclusion and are recommended for publication will be sent payment details.

A DOI number will be provided for each article.

FORM AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
The conference will be organized in traditional format as well as through the ZOOM platform.
Articles and theses for participation in the conference will be accepted until October 5, 2026.
The organizing committee reserves the right to technically edit the materials and not provide explanations if an article is not accepted.
REGISTRATION FEE FOR ARTICLES AND THESES
1. Professors and teachers, doctoral students, independent researchers, master's students – 120,000 (one hundred twenty thousand) soums.
2. Students – 70,000 (seventy thousand) soums.
