M. To recommend as a primary source for soybean selection based on the assessment of morpho-biological, physiological and biochemical characteristics of soybean samples. Physiological, biochemical and morphoeconomic characteristics of foreign and local soybean varieties planted as a repeated crop in the conditions of Samarkand and Navoi regions, namely, total water content, transpiration rate, chlorophyll "a" and "b" in leaves at different phases of ontogenesis, carotenoid content, correlative relationship, high yield, high total nitrogen, oil and protein content, adaptability to environmental stress conditions and high economic efficiency, To'marisMMAn-60, Ojamol, Nena varieties were recommended for cultivation in large areas. Kholikova has published 2 textbooks, more than 10 textbooks, 1 monograph, more than 15 scientific articles in national and foreign journals. More than 10 of her articles are indexed in the international scientific market Scopus and Web of Science. He also holds 2 copyright certificates for his inventions and discoveries in the field of biology. To date, 8 candidates of science have been trained under his scientific supervision.

Kholikova has experience as an active, enthusiastic educator and organizational leader. His pedagogical and managerial activities in higher education began at the Mirzo Ulugbek National University of Uzbekistan and his subsequent pedagogical and managerial activities include the following institutions:

• 2017-2018 - Chemistry teacher at Specialized State Comprehensive School No. 16, Amudarya district, Republic of Karakalpakstan

• 2018-2019 Teacher, head of the office, Department of Natural Sciences, Faculty of Exact and Natural Sciences, Chirchik State Pedagogical Institute, Tashkent Region

Thanks to the work of M.A. Kholikova as the head of the department, the scientific potential of the department has improved, the number of young and talented professors and teachers in the department has increased, and the level of literature meeting the requirements, as well as the quality of teaching and research efficiency, has improved.
