Rakhmanova Dilfuza Uchkunovna was born on June 8, 1989, in G‘allaorol district of Jizzakh region. She graduated from secondary school in 2005 and studied at G‘allaorol College of Economics from 2005 to 2008.

In 2008, she was admitted to Jizzakh State Pedagogical Institute to pursue a Bachelor’s degree. She successfully graduated in 2012 and began her professional career as a teacher at Secondary School No. 7 in Chirchiq city, Tashkent region, where she worked until 2021.

In 2020, she enrolled in the Master’s program in Pedagogy and Psychology at Chirchiq State Pedagogical Institute of Tashkent region. During her graduate studies, she started working as a trainee lecturer at the Department of Psychology.

At present, she is a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Psychology, Faculty of Pedagogy, Chirchiq State Pedagogical University. She is married and has one child.
