A New Approach to Teaching Practice: CHDPU Representative Participates in UNESCO Dialogue

    A representative of Chirchik State Pedagogical University, Sherzod Narmataliyev, Head of the Student Internship Department, took part in a dialogue organized jointly by UNESCO and the National Pedagogical University of Uzbekistan.

     As part of the SmartEd project, the discussion focused on improving teaching practice. A competency-based 4+2 model of teaching practice, developed for the education system of Uzbekistan, was presented.
 

     The model is designed to closely integrate the theoretical knowledge students acquire at university with practical work in schools, as well as to develop the professional and pedagogical skills of future teachers step by step.
 

     During the event, participants discussed the organization of teaching practice in line with modern requirements, ways to improve its effectiveness, and approaches to ensuring a strong connection between theory and practice in the educational process.
