A seminar-training on ratings and university attractiveness was held with the teachers of the Department of Russian Linguistics and Literary Studies.

A seminar-training was organized with the participation of professors and teachers of the Department of Russian Linguistics and Russian Literary Studies of the Faculty of Humanities, dedicated to the approval of plans on rating indicators and the discussion of priority tasks aimed at increasing the university's attractiveness. During this seminar-training, important issues were thoroughly analyzed, including strengthening the position of higher education institutions in international and national rankings, improving the quality of education and scientific potential, and increasing the research activity of faculty members.

Throughout the seminar, practical recommendations were provided on the mechanisms for fulfilling rating indicators, publishing articles in international scientific databases, expanding international cooperation, and introducing innovative approaches to the educational process.

At the conclusion of the seminar, special emphasis was placed on the responsibility of professors and teachers in strengthening the integration of education and science at the university, as well as in training competitive specialists.
