Representatives of Chirchiq State Pedagogical University Participate in an International DLL Symposium

     DLL — Deutsch Lehren Lernen, meaning “Learning to Teach German” — is an international educational programme of the Goethe-Institut aimed at developing the methodological and professional competencies of German language teachers.
     On 28 September, an international symposium marking five years of cooperation within the DLL programme and with the Goethe-Institut was held at the Uzbekistan State University of World Languages.
     This cooperation was initiated to connect theory and practice in German language education, introduce modern teaching methodologies, and develop future teachers’ skills in lesson planning, classroom observation and analysis.
     The event was attended by Zayniddin Sanakulov, Head of the Department of German Language at Chirchiq State Pedagogical University; Dilobar Abduxalilova, Senior Lecturer; and Ugiljon Aminova, a student. The lecturers shared their experience of integrating the DLL programme into the educational process at CSPU.
     Student Ugiljon Aminova presented a PEP — Praxiserkundungsprojekt, or practical inquiry project. Within this project, students plan a lesson, implement it in practice, observe the learning process, analyse the results and reflect on their experience. Ugiljon Aminova successfully participated in the DLL competition.
     As a result of the cooperation, DLL 4 and DLL 6 modules were introduced into the curriculum, students began implementing PEP projects, the methodological qualifications of teachers were strengthened, and the university’s international educational resources were expanded.
     The symposium served as an important platform for international exchange and the further development of German language education.
