Safarov Mukhlis Makhmudovich

Work experience: 14 years.

From 2011 to 2012, he worked as a laboratory assistant at the National University of Uzbekistan named after Mirzo Ulugbek. From 2012 to 2014, he studied as a Master’s degree student at the National University of Uzbekistan named after Mirzo Ulugbek. From 2014 to 2016, he worked as a First-Class Technician at the same university. From 2015 to 2017, he served as a Junior Researcher (part-time) in the scientific research project on preparing the (textbook) for publication for the course A-1-240 “Technologies for Promoting the National Idea.” From 2016 to 2017, he worked as a laboratory assistant at the Department of National Idea. From 2017 to 2018, he worked as an engineer at the Military Department.

From 2018 to 2021, he served as the Head of the Personnel Department at Chirchik State Pedagogical Institute of Tashkent Region. From 2022 to 2024, he was a doctoral student (PhD candidate) at the National University of Uzbekistan named after Mirzo Ulugbek. Since 2025 to the present, he has been working as a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Interfaculty Social Sciences at Chirchik State Pedagogical University.

During his academic career, M.M. Safarov has authored more than 40 scientific works. Among them are 2 textbooks (co-authored), 15 scientific articles published in academic journals, and 25 abstracts published in national scientific and practical conference proceedings.

Currently, M.M. Safarov is conducting research toward obtaining the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Political Sciences under the supervision of Doctor of Political Sciences, Professor I. Ergashev. His dissertation research topic is: “Futurological Analysis of the Political Consciousness and Political Culture of Youth in Uzbekistan.”
