In accordance with the letter No. 03-03/1-03/6-15 dated January 3, 2025, from the Ministry of Ecology, Environmental Protection, and Climate Change, a roundtable discussion was organized at the Faculty of Natural Sciences on the occasion of "January 11, Reserves and National Parks Day."

Students were provided with information on topics such as where the reserves and national parks established in Uzbekistan are located, what their purpose is, and what kind of activities they conduct. In particular, they were closely introduced to the activities of some of the largest reserves, such as the "Hisor" reserve in the Qashqadaryo region and the "Chotqol" reserve in the Tashkent region.

The roundtable discussion was attended by students majoring in biology and geography, and since these topics were close to them, it was organized in an active question-and-answer format.
