"RELIGIOUS TOLERANCE IS AN IMPORTANT FOUNDATION FOR FRIENDSHIP AMONG NATIONS"

CHIRCHIQ STATE PEDAGOGICAL UNIVERSITY FACULTY OF PHYSICS AND CHEMISTRY AND NATURAL SCIENCES IN COOPERATION

On January 28 of this year, a roundtable discussion on the topic "Religious Tolerance as an Important Foundation of Friendship Among Peoples" was held in the Faculty Activity Hall with the participation of deputy deans A. Narmanov and R. Khamrayev, faculty tutors, and over 150 students-youths.

Specialist in Religious Affairs of Chirchiq city, Vohid Khamidov, and teacher Abdukarim Abdusalomov provided the students-youths with information on the issues related to the topic.

Documentary films related to the topic were shown to the students-youths.

During the discussion, the students-youths talked about how deep economic and social changes, as well as transformations in the information and communication landscape occurring in many countries around the world, are intensifying ideological confrontations.
