Nursulton Zamon ugli Shayxislamov was born on January 5, 1999, in the Urta Chirchik district of Tashkent region. In 2022, he graduated from the bachelor’s degree program of Chirchiq State Pedagogical University, and in 2024, he completed his master’s degree at the same university. Nursulton Shayxislamov is a recipient of the Navoiy State Scholarship (2021) and the State Scholarship of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan (2022). He has been working in this position since January 3, 2025.

To date, Shayxislamov Nursulton Zamon ugli has published nearly 50 scientific articles and theses. Currently, he is conducting research to obtain the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Pedagogical Sciences in the specialty 13.00.02 – Theory and Methodology of Education and Upbringing (Uzbek Language) on the topic “Improving the Methodology for Developing Students’ Linguistic Competencies in Mother Tongue Lessons (on the Example of Grades 5–7).”
