In order to implement the necessary measures within the framework of Decree No. PF-207 of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated November 3, 2025, "On Comprehensive Measures for the Effective Protection of Population Health and the Nation's Gene Pool from Drug Addiction and Drug Crimes," Decree No. PF-73 of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated May 6, 2024, "On Strategic Measures to Eliminate the Negative Impact of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances on Population Health and the Country's Gene Pool by Curbing Their Illicit Trafficking," and the goals approved in the annex to this Decree—specifically Goal 6: "Developing Scientific Research Activities in the Field of Combating Drug Addiction and Drug Crimes";

As well as to promote a healthy lifestyle among student youth, further strengthen knowledge and understanding of the negative consequences of drug addiction and various harmful vices, enhance the legal awareness, social responsibility, and ideological immunity of young people, and develop scientific research and analytical work in this direction;

The Scientific Department of Chirchiq State Pedagogical University plans to hold the first Republican Scientific and Practical Conference on the topic "Drug Addiction – A Threat to the Future of Society" on May 25 of this year.
