The series of seminars organized at Chirchik State Pedagogical University to explain the content of the “Regulation on Maintaining the National Ranking of Higher Education Institutions” to professors and teachers has come to an end.
The final meeting of the seminar series was held on May 8 at the Faculties of Physical Culture and Art Studies by the Education Quality Assurance Department. During the dialogue, the implementation of national ranking indicators in faculty activities, existing strategic approaches, and future priority tasks were discussed.
Professors and teachers raised questions regarding the specific features of creative and practical fields, SWOT analysis of ranking indicators, improvement of the recommendations received, and increasing effectiveness. In addition, further recommendations were provided on areas that are not directly reflected in the national ranking indicators but serve the University’s overall development strategy and target indicators.
These seminars became an important practical step aimed at increasing professors’ and teachers’ awareness of ranking criteria, identifying existing opportunities at the faculty level, and improving the University’s future results.
