Results of the Academic Discussion: On April 27, 2026, at the Department of History, Faculty of Humanities, Chirchiq State Pedagogical University, a formal academic discussion was held regarding the dissertation submitted by researcher Sanginova Irodaxon Ne'matullayevna in pursuit of the scientific degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in History.
Dissertation Topic: “The Role of Mahalla Governance in the Socio-Economic and Spiritual Life of Uzbekistan (1991–2022)”. Upon conclusion of the discussion, the dissertation was evaluated as meeting all established scientific requirements. Accordingly, a formal decision was adopted to recommend the dissertation for public defense.
