Arslanova Gulmira Jumaniyazovna was born on July 8, 1961, in the city of Krasnovodsk, Turkmenistan.
From 1968 to 1978, she studied at School No. 13 in Krasnovodsk.
In 1979, she was admitted to the Tashkent Pedagogical Institute named after Nizami.
In 1984, she graduated from the Tashkent Pedagogical Institute named after Nizami with a degree in Primary Education Pedagogy and Methodology.
Since 2022, she has been working as a lecturer at the Department of Primary Education Methodology at Chirchik State Pedagogical University.
