Erkin Khalikulov was born on May 12, 1954, in Zindontepa village of Akdarya district, Samarkand region. He currently works as a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Technological Education, where he delivers both theoretical and practical classes in the course “Life Safety.” During his academic career, he has published one textbook and one teaching manual.
