Eshnayev Nortoji Jumayevich

Eshnayev Nortoji Jumayevich was born on April 16, 1980, in Qamashi district of Kashkadarya region, into an интеллигент (intellectual) family.

In 2002, he graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (full-time) of the National University of Uzbekistan named after Mirzo Ulugbek. In 2004, he completed a Master’s degree in Psychology at the same faculty of the same university. Later, in 2009, he graduated from the Tashkent State University of Economics, Faculty of General Economics (part-time), earning the qualification of Economist.

In 2005, Eshnayev Nortoji Jumayevich began his scientific research activity at the Institute of Philosophy and Law named after I. Muminov under the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan. In 2008, he successfully defended his Candidate of Sciences (PhD) dissertation in the specialty 09.00.11 – Social Philosophy, entitled “Socio-Philosophical Foundations of Training Professional Military Personnel in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Uzbekistan.”

Eshnayev Nortoji Jumayevich is a Candidate of Philosophical Sciences and Associate Professor. Currently, he is an independent researcher at the Department of Psychology of the Nizami Tashkent State Pedagogical University. He is conducting research to obtain the Doctor of Science (DSc) degree in the specialty 19.00.05 – Social Psychology. Ethnopsychology, on the topic “Socio-Psychological Mechanisms of Training Mobile Specialists through Activating Students’ Coping Strategies in an Innovative Educational Environment.”
