The Information Resource Center at Chirchiq State Pedagogical University offers national and international printed, electronic, and audiovisual materials for students and faculty members. IRC operates based on humanistic values and freedom, ensuring open access for all users.

The University’s Information and Resource Center is situated across 5 buildings. The IRC currently holds a total collection of 182,820 copies of literature. This collection includes 52,767 textbooks, 72,875 teaching aids, 34,067 works of fiction, and 23,111 copies of other types of literature.

The state of the Information and Resource Center's material and technical base is fully equipped to meet the requirements of study halls, storage facilities, and computer labs. The center is furnished with modern and comfortable furniture, including desks, chairs, bookshelves, and catalog cabinets. Furthermore, it is equipped with air conditioning systems and other necessary amenities.

The electronic study hall is equipped with a total of 121 computers connected to a local area network and the internet. Connectivity includes Minvuz-3 Tas-ix at 1 Gbps and an external channel of 600 Mbps. A Wi-Fi zone is also available. Access has been established to prestigious international databases such as "Scopus," "Web of Science," "EBSCO," "link.springer," and "library.ru." These foreign data resources are actively utilized by both students and the faculty.

Dissertations and abstracts defended before the Scientific Councils operating under the University are registered in accordance with established requirements. Specifically, 430 registry numbers have been issued to date for scientific researchers visiting the Information and Resource Center.

Educational and scientific materials are regularly uploaded to the "UNILIBRARY" unified electronic platform, created by the Ministry of Higher Education and Innovation. This includes 1,448 textbooks, 275 scientific publications, and 360 abstracts.

Currently, researchers at the university have access to international scientific databases such as webofscience.com, sciencedirect.com, and link.springer.com, which are being actively used for their ongoing scientific activities.
