Ismagilova Gulnoza Sayfutdinovna was born on May 20, 1967, in Tashkent city. Nationality: Uzbek. Higher education.

In 1990, she graduated from the Central Asian Medical Pediatric Institute with a degree in pediatric medicine (qualification: pediatrician).

In 2012, she completed a pedagogical retraining course (576 hours) at the Tashkent State Pedagogical University named after Nizami under the Faculty of Advanced Training and Retraining of Personnel.

Total work experience: 40 years.

1990–1991 – Intern physician at the Republican Specialized Scientific and Practical Medical Center of Pediatrics, Tashkent city
