Chirchik State Pedagogical University

History of Foundation
The University was initially established as "Chirchik State Pedagogical Institute of Tashkent Region" based on the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan PQ-3152 dated July 27, 2017. The main goal was to provide educational institutions in the Tashkent region and other areas with highly qualified pedagogical cadres, specifically satisfying the need for exact sciences and foreign languages.
Development Stages and Achievements
Elevation of Status
In a short period, the institute demonstrated its scientific and pedagogical potential and achieved University status. This change allowed for the expansion of educational directions and lifting scientific research to a new level.
Strategic Leadership
Since its establishment, the university has been operating under the rectorship of Doctor of Chemical Sciences, Professor Gofurjon Isroilovich Muhamedov. Under his leadership, the university has become a leading scientific center of the region.
Structure and Faculties
Today, there are 8 faculties operating at the university (Exact Sciences, Natural Sciences, Humanities, Art Studies, Pedagogy, etc.) along with numerous departments. The coverage expanded with the opening of new departments in 2019 and 2022.
Modern Education
The educational process is organized based on the credit-module system, encompassing Bachelor's (4 years) and Master's (2 years) degrees. Additionally, Doctoral (PhD, DSc) activities are established for scientific research.
Campus and Location
Located in the city of Chirchik, the university possesses modern educational buildings, laboratories, sports complexes, and student dormitories. This creates a favorable environment for students to acquire both theoretical and practical knowledge.

Today, Chirchik State Pedagogical University, remaining faithful to the principles of knowledge, responsibility, and professionalism, educates thousands of students and contributes worthily to the development of the educational system of Uzbekistan.
