General Information on the Professional Activity of Khalmatova Dilobad Alimjanovna
Khalmatova Dilobad Alimjanovna was born on August 17, 1981, in the Republic of Kazakhstan, and is of Uzbek nationality. She is a citizen of the Republic of Uzbekistan and a member of the National Revival Democratic Party.
She completed her Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy and Psychology at the Chirchik State Pedagogical Institute in 2017–2020, and her Master’s degree in the same specialty in 2020–2022.
From 2001 to 2020, she worked in preschool educational institutions in Chirchik as a teacher, methodologist, and administrator. From 2007 to 2011, she served as a lecturer at the Chirchik College of Information Technology. Since 2021, she has been working as a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Pedagogy, Faculty of Pedagogy, Chirchik State Pedagogical University.
As an independent PhD candidate at Chirchik State Pedagogical University, she is conducting research in the specialty 13.00.02 — Theory and Methods of Education and Upbringing on the topic:
“Improving the methodology of teaching social and humanitarian disciplines to students based on a competency-based approach (on the example of the subject ‘Pedagogical Diagnostics and Correction’)”, with the goal of obtaining the Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Pedagogical Sciences.
During her scientific career, she has published more than 20 articles and theses, individually and in co-authorship, in international and national journals. She has also co-authored textbooks and educational manuals.
