The article is devoted to the importance, methods and
neuropedagogical foundations of the formation of empathy in students in the
educational process. Empathy is defined as the ability to understand the feelings and
points of view of others, to respond to them appropriately. It is important for the
social integration, moral and emotional development of students. The article
considers the neurobiological foundations of the development of empathy,
pedagogical methods (correct communication, role-playing games, working with
emotions, social education, reflexive exercises) and problems in this process. It also
emphasizes the need to improve the education system and organize special trainings
for teachers. The article emphasizes the role of empathy in creating a positive
psychological environment in education and improving social relations.
